Marketing team is looking for a seasoned Project Manager, who will obtain a role of digital marketing activities coordinator, using scalable processes, templates and standards.
This role mainly concentrates around coordination of B2B marketing leads acquisition projects, executed by internal marketing team and external subcontractors together with coordination of other departments' marketing-related activities (Sales, Customer Success, Content and other teams).

You should be a pro in coordinating the work of different team members & departments, planning and setting up priorities and overviewing the execution. You should enjoy enabling the team to execute their projects and tasks according to the deadlines and with the highest quality. Processes and project optimization should be the core of your skills. You should be ready to co-own the responsibility for projects KPIs & Goals.

You should be a very organized and detail-oriented individual with a “getting things done” attitude to succeed in this position. Excellent communication (and overcommunication) skills to be able to cooperate seamlessly with different stakeholders are a must.

  • Digital B2B leads acquisition campaigns and projects coordination (webinars, lead magnets marketing campaigns) in close collaboration with assigned Campaign Managers

  • Coordinating the cooperation between marketing and other departments (Sales, Customer Success, Content etc.) on marketing-related projects and activities

  • Enabling marketing team members to deliver their tasks on time and with the highest quality through coordination, processes and templates

  • Owning and managing marketing team ClickUp (our main project planning and management tool)

  • Enabling seamless communication and information flow inside the marketing team

  • Owning and managing Campaigns & marketing activities calendars

  • Coordinating cooperation & communication with external suppliers (agencies, copywriters, developers, graphic designers etc.)

  • Cooperation with Operations team on marketing-related compliance, invoicing and legal matters (incl. subcontractors agreements)

  • Cooperation with Operations team on marketing budget spend tracking and reporting

  • Being co-responsible for processes, templates and documentation creation in maintenance in marketing department

  • Enabling seamless communication and information flow between marketing & other departments

  • Supporting CRM (Hubspot) management activities for Marketing and Sales cooperation, executed by dedicated specialists and agencies

  • Being co-responsible for the website (Wordpress/Hubspot pages) management, hygiene and update, executed by dedicated specialists and agencies

  • Being responsible for hygiene of the marketing-produced assets in various systems (naming, Google Drive, briefs etc.)

  • Being co-responsible for marketing assets quality assurance and coherence

  • Being co-responsible for marketing projects Goals & KPIs

  • Supporting content strategy & execution for leads warming & nurturing

Job requirements


  • Min. 2 years of marketing project management experience preferably in B2B/SaaS (agency experience with B2B/SaaS clients will be considered too)

  • Min. 2 years hands on experience in marketing projects execution preferably in B2B/SaaS (agency experience with B2B/SaaS clients will be considered too)

  • Excellent skills in coordinating the work of different team members & departments, planning tasks, setting up priorities and overviewing the execution

  • Strong planning, prioritization & time management skills

  • Language proficiency: Polish C2, English B2+

  • Experience with project planning and tasks management tools like Asana, Jira (ClickUp experience will be a BIG plus)

  • Superb communication skills

  • Experience with CRM/marketing automation systems (HubSpot is a BIG plus)

  • Experience in coordinating cooperation between different departments within the organization

  • Content creation & management skills (for example: copywriting, social media management, video production, SEO etc.)

  • Website management (Wordpress) experience

  • Experience with marketing-related operational compliance, invoicing and legal matters (incl. subcontractors agreements)

  • Processes & templates design, creation and implementation experience & skills

  • Workflow & projects optimization experience

  • Experience in coordinating cooperation with external suppliers (agencies, copywriters, developers, graphic designers etc.)

  • Extreme attention to detail and love for organizing unorganized

  • Good with multi-tasking and very dynamic environment

  • Google Sheets/Excel & Google Analytics working knowledge; multi-channel analytics is a plus

  • Being interested and eager to learn more about mental health and wellbeing topics :)


  • Spanish language proficiency

  • Experience with marketing funnels (especially funnel-based campaigns: webinars, lead magnets)

  • B2B PR & Offline marketing experience (e.g. conferences, merch production, magazines, partnerships)

  • Email marketing and email automation experience (incl. newsletter, email campaigns & sequences)

  • Experience with managing landing pages creation (structure, graphic design & copy benchmarks)

  • Experience with email database segmentation and tagging

  • Previous experience in B2B2C/HR-tech SaaS

  • Marketing tech/automation tools experience (e.g. Hotjar, Typeform etc.)

  • Experience managing front-end and back-end website development

  • B2B Social media management experience

💵 Competitive Compensation:
Mid: 10 000 - 14 000 pln gross on Employment Contract
14 000 - 18 000 pln gross on Employment Contract
