We are looking for a highly motivated, Polish-speaking CSM to develop relationships and grow the performance of our portfolio of trail-blazing clients.

If you join our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring smooth, transparent, and effective Customer Success processes and customer support activities in Poland

  • Executing and improving client onboarding process, ensuring that the customer has full knowledge about Mindgram’s product and activities which can be critical to clients’ success

  • Developing and maintaining strong and professional relationships with the client’s stakeholders, creating relevant engagement strategies, operational services, training, and customer service, based on trust and transparency to enhance clients’ satisfaction and prevent the churn

  • Actively and regularly gathering evaluating and analyzing customer feedback, needs, and metrics to suggest and implement relevant improvements in customer success processes

  • Managing special projects and events dedicated to the specific client, maximizing the desired outcome and results, as agreed with the client

  • Ensuring smooth and professional management of any clients' complaints or issues

Job requirements


    • English - Business proficiency level
    • Polish - Native level
Professional experience:
  • 3 years of experience in B2B Customer Service and 2 years of experience in SaaS Customer Service
  • 2 years of experience in a start-up business environment
  • Ideally, 1 year of experience in the HR products/services industry or similar

  • Team player, ability to "make things done", business acumen
